EMBER research and portraits
The 2025 Calgary Fire Training Centre wildland experiment, the annotated VR experiment, and VR hub photographs come from Dr. Beshir’s research materials. Researcher portraits, group and equipment photographs were retained from the original EMBER website or supplied by the group. Dr. Beshir’s laboratory portrait was taken at UL Fire Lab in Chicago. The wheelchair scene is an illustration prepared for EMBER materials.
